      SAP conversation has cost company over $125M, about 50% over budget. Stilling going through major struggles in parts of organization, especially scheduling and planning CEO way too involved, limiting leadership team from making decisions without his approval Work/Life balance is non existent if you desire advancement within the organization Very judgmental organization
