Benefits are amazing!!! low cost medical, 401k, ESOP, plus many other options that you don't see at companies.
Cons
A family friend was F-I-R-E-D and better terms the person was told "I have bad news.... you have been terminated." What an embarrassment to a person that has been there for 2 years and came in on off days to help when nobody would. Just a slap in a person face but for minorities there you are few far and between. Obviously, they have a issue with keeping minorities in position above the assembly line. They have a reputation for forcing demotion as well as forcing people to quit. In this case a demotion was suggested and this person didn't take. When it wasn't taken that's when the manager went out his way to make sure they were TERMINATED!!! Actually, he was to scared to the FIRING he had his boss do it while he waited outside the door.
