Pros
Great Maintenance opportunities and job security, you can get any tools you need justifiably purchased for your company toolbox if you need. Great amenities(break room, etc. )
Cons
Training is low, vague, and lacks substance. Promotion levels(3, 4, 5) are based on what you know and how valuable you are yo keep machines running, which you won't know unless you're trained or you know the systems. Most training will be with your co workers, who(not all) more or less gatekeeper information for promotions unless you "earn the respect". There are a lot of rx guys who are there willing to share info, who are incredibly close(less than 5 years) away from retirement who carry a lot or workload. once they're gone, this review will most likely be prophetic or at least amplified.
