      Pros

      Great culture and work philosophy. Excellent training and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Really, really, REALLY slow to allow contract staffers to cross-over. The only reason I left was because of this. I would come back in a heartbeat, if they would bring me in as a full-associate, I'd even take the old contractor salary-if they brought me in as a full-associate.

      Pros

      Best reason I took the job: culture of genuine concern for my well-being. I love regular casual day Friday's, with casual business attire as the norm. I appreciate the openness of almost all of the associates I work with. I am geeked that I get to contribute all of my hair-brained ideas, and some of them are actually used.

      Cons

      Biggest challenge I experience working here: more direction and structure from the leadership team. And, I am happy to get to help create this as part of my new job here!
