Pros
Nothing much and need to buck-up in terms of competition.
Cons
- Lack of leadership/vision from the current CEO. - Sales are dropping within SIngapore - dependent on other areas (e.g. Brunei, Phillipines) to show volume sales. - Lack of multi-racial environment - Previous owner practice (only chinese race employment base) thus not creating much opportunities for other race. - Not much improvements since the last take over by the new CEO - long long way to go. - Weak in customer's approach.
