      Pros

      swagelok continues to adapt to a world market while sustaining a commitment to the employees concerning continued growth within the community. Personel growth is a must, The company supports advancement from within. Online classes are offered including a training center dedicated to contiuned development from the top down. Classes are offered in a wide range, from an associate just starting with the company up to the CEO. Benifits are well above average and very liberal with the vacation policy including holidays.

      Cons

      development plans are relied on heavily, sometimes to much. The company being almost 100% interanlized sometimes means reaction time is slow when an immediate change is needed.

      Pros

      Supportive culture...quality people, product. A company that values its employees and knows that it translates to motiviated workforce. I have had several other jobs but this is the best.

      Cons

      Business environment may be too conservative for some. Certain job roles are restricted to Northeast Ohio, so any relocation is not likely.
