The benefits,the employee's, they try to help when you serious situation going on.

Cons

Supervisor need to be trained on the job and not just paperwork. If I was in charge wouldn't nobody be supervisors but the employees who have been machine operators or people who have actually done the job, because the supervisor don't no anything about the parts or equipment
