Business Outlook
Pros
This is a company with great values. Its not perfect, but i think its as close as it gets. I have had experiences outside of the company where i can see the difference. I also see good efforts in DE&I - not overboard like some companies with unrealistic "quotas" and goals = but real - with discussion at leadership level, proper training and awareness and emphasis on really challenging status quo.
Cons
The distribution model is good, but its also limited in some ways. Not a major con, but the company needs to continue to think of ways to overcome "natural" model limitations.
