      Pros

      I worked for Swagelok for six years and one of the things I appreciated most was the deliberate effort on maintaining a collaborative work culture focused on the employees and demonstrating appreciation in tangible ways.

      Cons

      The company leadership was at times reactive to recurring problems versus proactive, which created many needless time consuming "tasks" keeping supervisors from spending needed time on the production floor supporting the employees. I at times felt ineffective checkmarking "to-dos" when I could have been getting into the more relevant causes of the issues.
