Worked at Swagelok for 15 years. Upon resignation I cashed in my ESOP and got paid over $100k to quit.
Cons
Very cult like and cut throat atmosphere. Racism runs deep within this company. I worked at several facilities. Mostly as a favor because they were condensing everything to the main Solon plant in my early years and people were not able to adapt as easy as I was. Because of that I had more knowledge than most of my supervisors. I've seen full time employees screw over temps with my own eyes. Full time employees are known to go after their own as well if they feel threatened by them. Very high school like. Every facility has "cliques". Regardless of how you perform if you're not liked other associates will try to make your life miserable. When I left there my mental and physical health improved tremendously.
