      Pros

      Great People Not Stressful Positive Environment Management, OK Leadership (Dir of Sales, Dir of Ops) - Phenomenal

      Cons

      Owner(Distributor) tends to micromanage every facet of the organization. Creativity and positive work environments are not bred when he is around and interacting with the employees due to his overbearing demeanor. Hard to keep quality people by paying them so little. Employees salaried, not even close to being able to live comfortably, unless you are outside sales.

      Pros

      Independently-owned small business that serves a diverse clientele. High quality products and good values. Flexible with personal time, worked with good people every day. Small business = not too "corporate". Focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, performance.

      Cons

      Small business means scrimpy benefits and expensive insurance. Open office layout was not my favorite.
