Pros
Holidays are relatively generous compared to other companies in that sector. A diverse set of manufacturing processes and facilities from silver plating, forging, automation, machining, and packaging. Many of the technical engineers are fun to collaborate with.
Cons
Pay is low and company is ridiculously conservative. Not too long ago, they required ties and cleanly shaved otherwise you're sent home. One min late to a 7am meeting? you get a 1 on 1 with the boss. The company is very slow to adapt to new technologies and you're considered a genius if you figured out how to use excel. Honestly, the people are just kinda dumb here. They keep enforcing their values like the bible as if they are special and better than everybody else but really all they're doing is enclosing themselves into a bubble, while the rest of the world is evolving 100x ahead of them.
