Pros
They bought us lunch once a week, every quarter we went and did something as a team and the customers that we dealt with were very nice.
Cons
Honestly, I hated working here. When I started working they just kinda tossed things at me and expected me to know what I was doing, when I have no prior experience in this field. They had a “training” thing for me but never followed it. My manager was too worried about buying herself things & leaving for hair/face and other apts to care about the people underneath her. The only time she seemed to care was if it made her look bad, then she would scold you in front of the other associates. People talk bad about you every which way. Managers talking bad about other managers, associates talking bad about managers, it literally never ended. They were also big into drinking at the office. Super unprofessional all the way around.
