the best organization to work with in my opinion. Organization value employees , creates working friendly atmosphere, leaders look towards employee work satisfaction. Indeed they look for performance but ample amount of training were given to enhance skill and time to perform. Amazing workplace.

Very technical environment where you learn to educate yourself, develop presentation skills, and network to build relationships with customers. The small organization makes it a welcoming place.

Cons

A flat organization makes it hard to grow vertically, especially as a remote employee. Opportunities to rise within the organization are few.
