      I say the best reason is to work at swagelok is to build up your future to set real goals for yourself which is 401k dental medical all the above good pay and good associates around who is willing to help if needed .

      Cons

      the downsides is just having to deal with people who are not willing to help but act like they wanna help but talk about you behind your back.
