Pros

Working level hourly and non management salaried associates are genuinely nice people who strive to work hard everyday. Generally good teamwork and collaboration.

Cons

Management very cliquey!! Felt like high school, you could be in the right "group" one day and out the next. Those "group" leaders generally disregard diverse thoughts / ideas and pick their friends that most align with their ideology.

Broad working experiences available, plenty of lateral movement across organization. Great experience to build upon, respectable company with good local representation.

Cons

Very old school, limited diversity at all levels, especially at exec level, desire to be innovative, but lack of diversity hinders their vision

Its a Cleveland Based Company

Cons

Very political, buddy system when keeping or promoting people. Not receptive to change or delegating autority, full of micro managers, and many in upper management very arrogant towards others if your not a VP or at Director level in company. Very difficult place to work. Management comes and goes without explanations for removals.
