All teams follow up on issues on a regular basis. They explain you payroll, immigration , job related issues transparently. Always pays on time. Multiple teams are assigned for different tasks which helps all the processes go smoothly. Great professional approach among all the teams.

Swanktek is an excellent company to work although I joined recently guidance and support is great from Mr. Rahul Reddy. And also, HR Staffing and management teams coordinated very well with me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good work environment. They maintain portal documents transparently where I can see all the totality of documents that helped me a lot. Considering all my previous experiences with other employers this one is very genuine. Thanks to each and every staff of Swanktek for taking care of me.

I'm working in Swanktek for more than a year now. My experience here is so smooth. Excellent Paper Work. Pay is on time, never ever an issue. Best about Swanktek is transparency in their work process and do what been promised to employee. I got my H1 approved from RFE this year all because of their experienced Immigration team. They take care of their employees very well. Rahul is outstanding in sorting out the things in favor of his employees. I actually wanted to give them a 10 star rating, but it only has 5 star max :P Definitely I would recommend my friends to join Swanktek.
