-bonuses if the month is made -flexible scheduling

Cons

-not enough hours to give out -no opportunities for moving up in the company -only have two full-time positions per store which are the manager and assistant manager -during sale times, information from the company can be disorganized and wrong

Pros

This job really depends on who your manager is and how devoted you're to working at the company. I was sales driven and there are a lot of perks which come with working at Swarovski. I think the only reason why I have a 4/5 which it really would be a 4.5/5 is because product knowledge is a must and if you slack on that then the District Manager will have a conversation with you.

Cons

Not any at all other than pay. I wish the pay rate was higher.
