Pros

There were no pros to working for Swarovski in North America HQ.

Cons

I was abused and bullied and intentionally sabotaged by 3 men in IT and a female in HR. The original act of bullying was caught on camera and they’ve denied it and have tried to push blame on me. When the incident was reported over two years ago the men including a female in HR retaliated and forced me out of my job. They’ve continuously harassed me, sabotaged me and defamed my character. The people involved in this were all having affairs with their bosses (upper management) so they got away with it and the company believed all of the defamation. The company did nothing to rectify the situation or properly address the situation with me. They’ve stonewalled me for over two years. The inclusion hotline as well as LP has told me to contact them but they refuse to respond.

Pros

Please see the con section.

Cons

The dress code needs to be addressed. There are visuals that objectify women’s bodies and shame women of certain sizes telling women if you’re of a certain size you should wear certain clothes: i.e. cover up more. Where as if you’re “petite” you can wear mini skirts or shorts with tights. Dress code has been around for a while and it’s only a matter of time before the company is shamed for their attitude towards women’s bodies.
