Beautiful products, poor upper management structure

The products are beautiful and you get a pretty decent discount.

Cons

The job is incredibly boring 90% of the time. Also the company puts a tremendous amount of pressure on you to SELL, SELL, SELL but doesn't allow you any freedom to tailor and serve your customers. They aren't very understanding in regards to store location and the type of clients that run through each boutique, and have harsh consequences if you don't meet expectations. Even if you exceed your sales goal, you can still be disciplined for missing out on membership sign ups and such.

Cons

I've worked at Swarovski as a key- holder for over 2-years. The company is completely screwed up in their politics. The management does not train their team, and expects their associates to maintain their goal even when they are scheduled less than 13 hours a week. The managers will write you up for absolutely anything, just to try and get their associates fired. I've seen some highs in this company, but most definitely more lows. The company is unfair towards their associates, and I'm completely disgusted by their actions. ***definitely not the company it use to be.

Very family oriented, focused on long-term growth rather than short-term profits, LOYAL customers. Fantastic benefits!!!!

Cons

Retail employees are not given the same consideration as Home Office employees and District Managers and above. Low salary for expectations of Sales Consultants. Little to no job growth.
