Pros

Great product Diverse clientele Classy Premium brand experience

Cons

Managers are required to work 44 hours weekly, can not take 2 days off in a row unless it is your 1 weekend off per month. Work- life balance does not happen. Company does not have a plan to promote own people. Redundant paperwork, employees must initial and sign multiple places daily. Sometimes there is a feeling that corporate office is on the Moon and employees are on Earth.

Pros

Swarovski cares about their associates, successes are ALWAYS acknowledged and rewarded. They have a clear and proven system for training and accountability for associates. Their benefits are great!

Cons

No clear path for personal or professional growth. The management training program is abbreviated (its only a week long). Corporate support is limited to HR, Payroll, and accounting, IT, maintenance and LP still needs to be ironed out. Payroll is based on dollars and not % business.
