We are glad that you list the employee discount as a positive benefit, as this along with our retail employee allotment are two of the most revered benefits. We are also proud to be able to offer a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our PT employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K. We continually evaluate the benefits we offer to our Full-Time and Part-time employees as most evidenced by the recent employee survey conducted for this reason.
As for your concerns about pay, we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review. This new bonus program, that you may not agree with, was rolled out after much research to foster an environment where teamwork can flourish. The new bonus structure also embraces an omni channel approach to selling as it takes into consideration the success of the entire North America market including our online sales.
