Pros

Amazing product, flexible company, and good customers. Fun place to work and grow.

Cons

Pay isn't as good as it could be for part timers and managers have to work 9-hour shifts instead of 8.

Pros

The products are beautiful, and the employee discount is generous. It's a lovely working environment for those who love crystal jewelry and crystal craftsmanship in general. You get a first look and early access to upcoming collections and launches, which can be really exciting.

Cons

Understaffed with little recognition. No commission, with the only motivation for reaching sales goals being acknowledgement of achieving said goals, which as stated before, does not often come. There is very little appreciation in the way of raises or promotions within the company on lower levels.

Pros

I worked here as a sales assistant for about 8 months and was surprised by how much I grew to like the company despite having very little interest in jewelry and zero interest in figurines. This is partly due to a skillful manager who really tried to engage employees and customers with her enthusiasm for the brand. Everyone ended up liking crystal.

Cons

The pay was quite low.
