Competitive salaries, extremely generous benefits, and a campus culture that is strongly committed to diversity and inclusion. Strong cultural values.

Cons

Not many really. Things move slowly because the college is committed to the practice of concise building, meaning many, many stakeholders from all different levels will be asked to weigh in on decisions. If you're coming from the for-profit world you may struggle with this.
