Pros

Excellent educational institution, top students, strong focus on social responsibility. The relatively small size of staff and faculty allows for people to get to know each other. The college offers many opportunities for professional development.

Cons

New president (1 year) is very strong, but there has been lots of turnover in that position in the last few years, which the staff has had to adjust to.
