Salary ranges are very acceptable, often feels like you're getting paid for doing not that much work; takes effort to balance work and academics but it's definitely possible; many different opportunities to earn money while at Swat, whether or not you're on a work study.

Cons

It can be difficult to balance a job and academics at Swarthmore; some jobs are more difficult to get as an underclassman;

As far as student jobs go at Swarthmore, conducting research is one of the best because it is a learning opportunity that you get paid for!

Cons

The pay is close to minimum wage, like it is for any student job here at Swarthmore College (to my knowledge), regardless of how talented the student is and what he or she is contributing.
