-Opportunity to interact with staff and faculty -Learn about Swarthmore's IT systems -Extensive (paid) training, often pizza

Cons

-Training is often inefficient and far too time-consuming -Wide variation in the ability/responsibility of fellow associates -Management is either extremely demanding or completely hands-off -Too much work in Beardsley, standards too low in McCabe
