Pros

Some of the employees are great to work with and environment is casual and friendly. Benefits are bonuses and merchandise at employee discount. In the beginning there were more company employee events like picnics and birthday celebrations.

Cons

Promotions were limited depending on the department. There seemed to be more hiring externally than internally. The Sales department always seemed to rush product orders at the end of the month to meet goals. It always seemed that this should only happen during the busy time of the year which was the last quarter of the year. The company values were all well and good but not everyone followed them. There seemed to be preferential treatment depending on who you knew.

Pros

- Great product, innovative. - Reasonable prices on product. - Nice employee discount. - Two free watches upon hire, keep watches after 30 days.

Cons

- Senior Management rules by fear. - Little to no training provided. - Archaic system is clunky and out dated. - Employees are treated like a burden instead of an asset. - Threats made daily on your job, from regular employees to the Store Manager.

Pros

50% Employee Discount after 90 days of employment.

Cons

-Very short and narrow ladders, so not much room for career growth. -No sick days -Start with 18 days "vacation" but they are really sick days as well -Not many company holidays, since this is a Swiss company, you only get Thanksgiving and Christmas off. -Swatch Group US does not encourage innovation, they merely do everything that Swiss Headquarters say. -Be careful, no one is truly your friend in Swatch Group..It's everyone for themselves. (Managers especially) -Pay is not competitive with market. -Work hours is 9AM-6PM (Lunch does not count as part of your 8 hours at work.
