Pros

Employee discount, that’s about it.

Cons

Company is based in Switzerland and its US matrix in Miami. They don’t have a clue how to run a business, toxic HR.

Pros

Working at Swatch Group was honestly the best job I had in Australia. The management team was incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional. I always felt valued and respected at work. My co-workers were friendly and team oriented, which made every shift enjoyable. The work environment was positive, and there was always great communication across the team. I also appreciated the opportunities to learn more about watches and the brand’s heritage.

Cons

None that really stood out just the usual challenges during peak retail seasons, but the team support made it manageable.
