Pros

Beautiful high end boutique selling some of the finest timepieces in the world. Great work/life balance and compensation/benefits. Great history.

Cons

Few opportunities for advancement unless willing to relocate. Lower brand recognition in United States, most US consumers still equate the Swatch name with cheaper plastic watch when the group owns dozens of watch brands.
