Pros

Good place to gain some experience Free watches

Cons

Management doesn’t lead or coach, just puts you down No support Values the wrong behaviors Thinks of employees as disposable No room to move up, would rather hire from the outside rather than promote from within

Pros

U meet great friends. Good discount. Learn about the business.

Cons

Small space environment Management doesn’t respect the staffs. Lack of communication. Managers always on top of u when u are trying to make a sales. There is NO FUTURE GROWTH UNLESS U KISS Them. Manager needs to learn HOW TO MANAGE THE STAFFS BETTER WITH RESPECT. CAN’T LIVE ON THAT TYPE OF SALARIES UNLESS U TAKE AWAY UR COWOKER’S SALES. Managers are very pushy n push u to be aggressive towards customers. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE UP IN THIS COMPANY WITHOUT KISSING THEM RIGHT

Pros

At first the salary was competitive, free watches, ok discount, health benefits.

Cons

Everything else... it's supposed to feel like you're in a cool group when you work there but it's really a sucky wack job. They are afraid to loose horrible employees if they sell well. Constant coaching even if you're doing your job correctly. Acts like the job will make you a better person when your personal life has nothing to do with the job. Only work here if you're willing to give up your personal life and devote yourself to it. The company should just stick to Europe because those stores do well and we aren't doing anything.
