Pros

This is a great company to work with! The corporate partners and field employees really cared about your growth and we're very transparent! Training is set in place as many companies do not provide as much. Many of the employees are excited and happy to follow directives and policies.

Cons

Underperforming employees pass all blame on upper management and run to this sight to discredit and falsify someone else's work ethic. You (the ones discrediting) were aware of your performance issues as again, very transparent company. Sad that you cannot hold yourself accountable and pass blame.

Pros

Always having tools for training and always revising to keep it fresh and exciting.

Cons

A lot of people tend to blame SMs for putting their foot down and implementing policies.
