Pros

Swatch is the largest Swiss watch company in the world, with over 20 brands under it's roof. Good hours, good benefits, and good people to work with.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement in the technical fields, needs to invest in technical upgrades to improve production.

Pros

Really the one for you if you have kids. Not many overtime work, people tends to leave on time. Free to take holidays. The balance of work and life is nice here.

Cons

First of all, salary increase rate is horrible. Not even one digit or sometimes at all (for two years it was frozen). Difficult to develop career. Different cultures which brand you are working in.
