      The company has a great culture; stable; global company; excellent training and opportunities.; invest in their people; innovative; value and reward loyalty; working hours are fair and reasonable.

      Cons

      Not a negative as such, but the company takes a considered approach which can slow things down at times. But once a green light is received, it's full steam ahead.
