Pros

Minimum wage is compensated by a weekly bonus of 1.25% of sales if personal sales goals are achieved. In addition if the store makes its monthly goal all employees receive 1.25% of their month's sales total. They were also swift to address a harassment complaint I filed.

Cons

There is not always a leader on duty and so dealing with customers who need more attention can be difficult. In addition after the store manager left on short notice, an untrained assistant manger started who proves unhelpful in many situations because they are not familiar with all policies and product knowledge.

Pros

International Experience creative work in a very dynamic environment laid-back young team with drive to success

Cons

Due to the fast paced industry and tasks, communication between teams can lack sometimes. This does however not affect the outcome of the tasks at all as all teams pull themselves together and succeed.
