It deals with nice looking watches for all categories ranging from teenagers to adults.

Cons

Swatch watches little difficult to repair at one place.

Good job for part-time retail, although management has some major issues

Minimum wage is compensated by a weekly bonus of 1.25% of sales if personal sales goals are achieved. In addition if the store makes its monthly goal all employees receive 1.25% of their month's sales total. They were also swift to address a harassment complaint I filed.

Cons

There is not always a leader on duty and so dealing with customers who need more attention can be difficult. In addition after the store manager left on short notice, an untrained assistant manger started who proves unhelpful in many situations because they are not familiar with all policies and product knowledge.
