Pros

Since i worked at the Times Square location our sales goals were high meaning more commission. The people are very friendly. You learn a lot of things, including fixing and repairing watches. Swatch Connect trains you to be more people focused. The benefits are amazing for a full time position. Just a great first time, luxury brand, job.

Cons

Long hours, micromanagement, favoritism, no space for growing.

Pros

I happened to have lively and friendly coworkers, and the pure thrill (as a high schooler) of closing a big sale was pretty rewarding.

Cons

Many. Only given sporadic part-time hours, and management enforced a barrage of annoying and unnecessarily strict rules regarding attire, demeanor, lunch breaks, technology (personal and company), organizational aspects, etc. I'm glad I spent the summer getting the work experience, but it's not a company or environment I would go back to.
