Pros

The amount of work and free time is not bad and manageable. Great managers at some clinics.

Cons

I float to many of the clinics and I noticed that some managers are not friendly and they overwork you but some are great. Choose wisely by knowing people there first before you commit. They take very long to give you raises or they make excuses so you have to push!

The Aetna health insurance plan for our benefits is not as good as some other places I have worked but it is sufficient.
