Run, don't walk, away from any employment offers as long as it remains under Stevens Hospital control.

Pros

Swedish is taking over, maybe they can show current Stevens management how to motivate their employees to be successful.

Cons

Terrible leadership. People put in charge of things that they have no previous experience in managing. Very Punitive. Communication is lacking. Quick to discipline and slow to show recognition.

Incentive bonus that entire SMG staff manditory/worked hard all year to get was taken away due to the budget cuts, two weeks before Christmas.We met and exceeded the company's financial goals, a large amount of responsibility placed on all staff who are then only noticed when something is "not done right" instead of a simple "thank you" ,Management has double standards poor/ lack of communication throughout the organization. Once you've done anything, you WILL get let go, however unemployment is well aware of what is happening..You will get it. Management should be given to "Qualified" persons, not based on seniority or popularity, must have a class to teach the perfect poker face
