Were union and we have a great pay scale and benefits. My coworkers are great and there are some very knowledgeable people there.

Cons

High turnover in management, extremely toxic work environment. There’s a 3rd party “revenue management” company that controls the business office and has unrealistic production standards and they control everything and micromanage you. If certain people in management don’t like you, you won’t last.
