Pros

Co-workers who are driven to support the clients even when the administration make it so much harder. The majority of people in the school are amazing.

Cons

The administration who are never in the school are making decisions that are impacting the lives of the children in negative ways. If you are one of the people who are truly there for the students a work life balance is nearly impossible because you never know if the job is being done well when you are not there.

Pros

Mission! Helping kids, adults and families live better lives. Rewarding work, difficult at times, but fun.

Cons

Many improvements in the past 12 months, but much work to be done. Recruitment is a challenge, so there are many clients on the waiting list.
