There are some great front line workers employed there who are trying to make a difference in the lives of others.

Cons

The employees at Sweetser where who Sweetser was. The culture being fostered from senior leadership is you are a cog in the wheel of a big machine that doesn’t really matter. We can get more cogs or even go without certain parts and still work.

Most of the Unit staff try to make it a good place.

Cons

Any manager or leader is under thumbnail of upper "leadership" - kids can assist staff and each other, destroy property and harm self - send to ER (sometimes) only to return a few hours later. It is not safe. My concussion was witnessed by two others but still no consequences- "you should have ducked"
