Pros

Supervisors demonstrated exceptional leadership on a consistent basis, and promoted safe, therapeutic, and healthy learning environment for those they served.

Cons

A running joke amongst staff was that we did not choose the job for the money - and there is certainly some truth in this, but people stay in this job more for the valuable connections they form than anything else, and in so many cases that's more than enough.

The only reason worth coming to work here is the earned time that they offer but then you may or may not be able to find someone to cover for you to use it

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about anybody but themselves the floor staff are disposable and floor staff have the lowest pay in the state
