Leadership crumbling

Pros

You get great experience if you want to be in the mental health/social work field

Cons

Too many changes and “budget cuts” yet leadership can make any spending choices they want as well as programming decisions without having any knowledge of what it is like to work directly with our consumers and the result is failing systems and staff picking up the work for those above them.

Pros

No pros do not work for the residential program

Cons

Lack of leadership from the top down. No guidance or proper training. The kids are leaving worse off from when they came in. Please shut this program down and start over with proper leadership in place and training. You are hurting these kids more than helping

Pros

If you are just starting out on your psych, social work, or teaching career, it’s a good place to gain experience with flexibility and understanding.

Cons

The pay should be improved for core staff members and administrative roles could be chosen with more consideration to the team as a whole, including those being asked to step into them.
