Please note this is a former employee who stuck around less than a year. The Pros listed above are "great benefits and plus's for being an employee." I have no idea who this is so have no idea what their issue was, but it's the same managers that are being criticized here who supplied the "Pros" listed above. I'd argue we are constantly paying attention to what employees have to say and issues they have. No company is perfect, but we try very hard to listen well and react to any conflicts that do arise. So obviously this former employee wasn't happy with their employment here, and that's unfortunate. It's interesting to note that the Con comment is "you better be a man if you want to make it at this company"---- and then references her manager, who is a female.
