Pros

Great facility; meals, coffee, gym, dry cleaning, doctors office, nice bathrooms. hair salon, DVD & gear, rentals all on site. Super friendly co-workers that are easy to work with. Opportunities for advancement, office hours & meetings provide training and just overall great culture with fun events throughout the year. There are even discounts on local business you can get as well - love it here!

Cons

Hours and location - depending on your position you may be required to work late nights and weekends. I don't mind Fort Wayne but the winters are especially cold if you're not used to it. Again, depending on your role you will be required to have a lot of interactions with customers - most are positive but I have been talked to disrespectfully on the phone a few times. It takes a lot of extra hours in my position to succeed, but it is possible and our hiring class has done well. You must relocate but Sweetwater paid for my move which was a huge help.

Pros

Sweetwater is the kind of place where you can genuinely love the work you do and the people you work with. The culture here is real — it’s built on passion, customer focus and helping others win. You’re encouraged to bring ideas forward, collaborate across teams and make a direct difference in the customer experience. Leadership listens, coworkers support each other and you feel proud of the impact you make every day. The work environment is energizing, people care about doing things the right way, and you get to be part of something that customers truly love. The Sweetleader difference is do the right thing i.e. wow our customer, obsess over details, develop the future, drive continuous improvement and get things done.

Cons

With a culture that moves fast and values excellence, it can feel intense at times. It’s a place where you need to be proactive, take ownership and stay curious. If you thrive in that kind of environment, you’ll grow quickly.

Pros

Working at Sweetwater is (ha, pun-intended) the sweet spot of good-hearted people plus the best in their field. I am honored to get to work with such talented dedicated people and am so grateful to learn and create alongside them.

Cons

It's located in the Midwest. For me personally that's stellar, but it's not everyone's cup of tea.
