      Pros

      We are always working to improve and stay on the cutting edge of whats new. A lot of resources are provided for mental health and wellness along with access to financial counselors and coaches. Opportunity for personal and professional growth are available along with a very positive and welcoming community.

      Cons

      Compensation remains on the lower end for anyone not in Sales though it is a "livable wage" - depending on your department/role. Promotions can feel political at times without much rationale behind the motive. Despite working remotely through the pandemic, most departments are against it and it seems to be frowned upon.

      Pros

      I couldn’t ask for a better place to work! The benefits are great but more importantly, my quality of life has improved significantly since moving here and working for Sweetwater. I have understanding and supportive supervisors and I feel appreciated for the work I do!

      Cons

      I would say this is less a “con” and more just what to expect. This company is growing and has been from the start. If you want a place to work that won’t change, this is not that place. We are evolving daily so it can be quite a ride! If the idea of a fast paced energetic company sounds enticing to you, this is the place for you!

      Pros

      Great company that has helped me tremendously along the way. Increasingly, management is creating opportunities for developing people and leaders. Also, check out some perks: - Onsite medical clinic - Free mental health counseling (8 sessions per year) - Personal trainer - Lowered insurance premiums in the last year - Increased 401k match in the last year (to 50% of 6%) - Record level of internal promotions in the last year
