Pros

This organization is basically very useful to work as a substitute. We get to learn procedures of teaching and learning while we are working with the students on the assignments that are given by the teacher. We can master the student engagement on par with the positive and safe learning environment in the class and school building. The substitutes can also learn how to collaborate with the teachers, staff, administrators, and everybody in the school. These strategies will surely be ready in hand before any substitute takes up the full - time job. I am with Swing since four months.

Cons

It is my guess that certified and non - certified teachers are paid the same amount, whereas some schools (outside Swing) that I know pay more to the certified teachers.
