Good work-life balance but lacks job security

Pros

1. Fruits for health 2. Good Lunch for subsidy 3.Frequent Team Lunches 4. Good Work Life balance

Cons

1. Always in cost cutting mode. 2. Even Job role relevant Certifications also are not reimbursable (First of its kind I am seeing) 3. Mediocre and sub-par hikes 4. Lack of Job Security. You never know when your role will be moved out.
