Pros

Overall great company to work for. The benefits are nice and their 401K plan is unmatched. Love the location in Armonk but not a ton of corporate jobs outside of NYC.

Cons

Salary increases are definitely hard to come by. Bonus pool is typically as planned. Does not pay as well as finance industry but it is the reinsurance industry afterall.

Global company, good vacation time, good retirement benefit. Bonus can be ok but company is now capping that as well and raises are nearly nonexistent even for high rating on perf review

Cons

Bureaucratic, Anti-American, P&C company with disdain for the Life side of the business even though Life is a big portion of the total revenue
